In order to make your event a success we can help you estimate the quantities of beer, wine, liquor, mixers and sodas, and any other special requirements you may have, based upon the number of guests you are expecting.

Our Bartenders handle the complete bar set- up including icing down beer, wines, champagne and general set-up & tear-down.
The length of a typical reception/event is 4 hours and the Bartender will possibly require 2 - 3 hours (Depending on complexity) of set up-time, and tear-down time!

*We do not purchase the liquor. You purchase your liquor. When you use Beyond the Bar, you are instantly eligible to use our special relationships with retailers which will qualify you for special discount pricing. All you have to do is phone in your order and pay. We do the rest.
